Job summary

Min-Xin-Holdings-Limited in Hong Kong seeks a senior finance professional to lead accounting operations and strategic financial planning. You will drive regional P&L growth, build data-driven insights, and partner with business leaders to support decision-making and governance.

The role requires extensive accounting experience, professional qualifications, and the ability to manage a high-impact finance team while delivering process improvements and controls across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in investment and financial management in large-scale enterprises.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
• HKICPA, CPA, ACCA or CFA certificates preferred.
• 2 years bank account control experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting or audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
• Manage accounting operations including general ledger functions.
• Prepare management reports and support business decision-making.
• Lead process enhancement projects to improve efficiency and financial controls.
