Job summary

Cgl Im Financial Management in Hong Kong seeks a corporate accountant to handle daily AP processing, invoicing, GL prepares, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals and account schedules.

You will assist with VAT, CIT and property tax filings, support monthly, quarterly and annual closes, assist during audits of asset companies and provide ad hoc financial reporting as required by Management.

Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on experience in corporate accounting
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily AP processing and invoicing
• Prepare general ledger accounts, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals and relevant account schedules
• Preparation of filing and payment of VAT, CIT, Property tax
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial close process
• Provide support on annual audit for the asset companies
• Any other ad hoc financial reporting as required by Management
