Flamebridge Consultant Company in Hong Kong is seeking candidates for a Graduate Programme / MT role in wealth management. You will shadow top wealth advisors, assist in analyzing client needs, and participate in training to develop advanced advisory skills.

Ideal candidates hold a university degree or are final-year students (Year 3/4) with fluency in English and Mandarin. The program offers mentorship, licensing sponsorship, and opportunities for cross-border insights.

Job Descriptions:

Shadow and collaborate with top-tier wealth advisors to master high-value client acquisition and relationship management

Job Requirement:

University degree holder or equivalent (Welcome IANG or TTPS or QMAS or HKID visa holders) (Year 3 and Year 4 students are also welcomed to apply)

Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred

Demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial mindset and proactively drive project goals

Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentations skills
