A well-known Hong Kong-based financial services firm is seeking proactive, goal-driven graduates to join its Financial team via a comprehensive Graduate Trainee Program. This opportunity lets you gain hands-on experience in wealth financing, tailored investment consulting and asset portfolio construction, while learning from industry professionals and cooperating with international financial partners.

Core Job Responsibilities

Engage with individual clients to understand their wealth management needs and deliver personalized financial advisory services

Support the development and execution of wealth financing plans and diversified investment portfolios

Conduct in-depth market analysis and financial data research, and prepare professional client presentation materials

Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external business partners to provide integrated wealth management solutions

Participate in systematic training and one-on-one mentorship to accelerate your professional growth

Develop new markets and identify potential clients

Who We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related fields (preferred, not mandatory)

Genuine enthusiasm for the financial industry and business consulting, basic knowledge of Hong Kong's market, and a proactive attitude towards professional learning

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities; able to identify key information from data and market trends

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
