Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant for Finance Transformation in Hong Kong. You will work with clients to optimize finance operating models, implement ERP-enabled transformations, and enhance management reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably with leading consulting or professional services firms or as internal project leader within an industry organization.
• Proven project management experience, preferably finance transformation, business process outsourcing, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and IT.
• Experience in ERP system implementation and finance transformation projects would be highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with management and clients.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, leadership, and supervisory capabilities.
• Relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage, such as PMP, CIMA, CPA.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Participate in margin improvement and business transformation engagements in cross-industry sectors, preferably in finance and business operating models.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client management.
• Build strong internal relationships within EY Consulting Services and with other services across the organization.
• Act as project manager or workstream leader to lead team on client projects.
• Participate in the career and performance development of the Performance Improvement service by serving as a career counselor, training new staff and providing timely and specific performance feedback.
