Job summary

Chanel is seeking a Senior Business System Analyst in Hong Kong to bridge Finance Business Services, Technology & Digital Services, and external vendors. You will analyze processes, gather requirements, and design efficient financial solutions centered on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AX 2012.

You will work on Record to Report and Indirect Procurement to vendor payment processes, coordinating with BSAs to optimize finance processes across regions.

Qualifications

• University degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or related disciplines.
• Agile or PMP certified is desirable.
• Microsoft Certificates on Dynamics 365 related topics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance and internal teams across global and APAC regions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support end-to-end IT projects from requirements discovery to testing, delivery and transition to operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to enable seamless system or integration rollout.
• Oversee integration support between Dynamics 365/AX 2012 and external platforms such as Bank Platform/ COUPA/ CONCUR.
• Provide application system support to end-users when required.
