Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited, the HK arm of ICBC, invites applicants for a NAV Production and Fund Administration role. You will oversee NAV calculation, ensure timely reporting and maintain strong controls.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and at least 5 years in fund administration; experience with Geneva or Bloomberg is a plus; you will work closely with managers, custodians and compliance to deliver high-quality client services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of fund administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting, derivatives and valuation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fund accounting and NAV calculation for multiple fund structures.
• Check NAV packages and client reports before release.
• Monitor daily workflows and meet client deadlines.
• Investigate NAV exceptions and pricing issues; resolve incidents.
• Handle complex fund events (corporate actions, performance fees, FX/derivatives valuation).
• Manage client queries and escalations promptly.
• Liaise with fund managers, custodians, auditors, brokers, and compliance.
• Monitor internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with SFC and fund constitutive documents.
• Lead system enhancements, UAT and automation initiatives.
• Assist onboarding of new funds/products (ETFs, MMFs, OFCs, Private Funds).
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs; mentor junior staff.
