Job summary

• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Experience in hospitality/hotel/club or restaurant industry is advantageous.
• Attention to detail, integrity and ability to work across multi-entity environments.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to support cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules, financial analyses, management reports and cash flow reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll-related accounting and income audit.
• Reconcile data across systems, ensure accuracy and reporting consistency.
• Support internal and external audits with schedules and documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations and other stakeholders to improve finance processes.
