Job summary

Michael Page in Hong Kong is recruiting a Senior FP&A professional to lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. You will prepare monthly management reports, analyze variances, and develop robust financial models to support strategic decisions.

In this role you will partner with cross-functional teams, deliver performance commentary, and drive improvements in reporting processes and systems. Fluent English and Cantonese/Mandarin are preferred for stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional accounting qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of FP&A, management reporting, and financial analysis experience.
• Experience in a sizable multinational organisation or Big 4 is preferred.
• Strong modelling and data translation to business insights; English and Chinese communication.

• Monitor business performance and key financial and operational KPIs
• Drive improvements in reporting processes, financial systems, and analytical tools

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Professional accounting qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, with solid exposure to FP&A, management reporting, and financial analysis
• Prior experience in a sizable multinational organisation or big 4 is highly preferred
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights
• Commercially minded with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP and financial reporting systems is an advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese(Cantonese and Mandarin)
