Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial consolidations, preferably in listed companies, IPO environments, MNCs or large audit firms.
• Member of HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional body.
• Solid knowledge of complex manual consolidations across multiple subsidiaries.
• Strong IFRS accounting knowledge.
• Good understanding of month-end processes and internal controls.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly, quarterly, and year-end consolidations and prepare financial statements, reports, and schedules.
• Coordinate with external auditors during interim and annual audits.
• Prepare Group results for regular reporting and announcements.
• Develop financial forecasts and budgets including consolidated Group projections.
• Produce operational analyses to support management decisions.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, and Group companies for smooth operations.
• Oversee cash flow planning and liquidity management.
• Ensure compliance with stock exchange listing rules and related-party/affected transactions.

• Develop financial forecasts and budgets, including consolidated Group projections.
• Produce operational analyses and reports to support management decisions.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, and Group companies to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Oversee cash flow planning and liquidity management to support business continuity.
• Ensure compliance with stock exchange listing rules.
• Oversee reporting and compliance related to related‑party and interested‑person transaction rules.
• Perform other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the company.
