Job summary

LUDA DEVELOPMENT LIMITED, headquartered in Hong Kong, seeks an experienced accounting professional to lead monthly management reporting, budgeting and forecasting. The role requires strong technical skills and a hands-on approach to financial planning.

You will liaise closely with auditors, manage consolidation reports, and ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and HKFRS. Fluency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua is preferred.

Job Requirement

Perform monthly management reporting, financial planning including budgeting and forecasting.

Familiar with US GAAP & HKFRS

Liaise closely with auditors

Responsible for reports which consolidation is required

Qualification

Qualified accountant

Degree or above in Accounting

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and managerial experience

Positive working attitude with good communication and organization skills

Excellent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
