Job summary

HKT seeks a high-calibre Finance Manager to support strategic growth, transformation projects and business partnering across portfolios. You will deliver timely insights, evaluate business cases, and oversee due diligence for investments while monitoring KPIs and preparing senior-level updates.

Ideal candidates hold a Finance/Accounting degree with CPA, Big-4/FP&A experience, and strong analytical, modelling and stakeholder skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Finance/Accounting/Business degree; CPA qualification required.
• Big-4 and FP&A experience; corporate finance/transaction advisory a plus.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; self-motivated with strong business acumen.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI familiarity a plus.

We are seeking a high-calibre Finance Manager to join our team in supporting strategic growth initiatives and key transformation projects. This role is created to support an increasing portfolio of completed and upcoming projects and offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, strategy, and business partnering.

Your new role

Strategic Projects & Business Partnering focus, including but not limited to

• Partner closely with Finance teams across business units to deliver timely financial insights and decision support
• Perform financial assessments and evaluate business cases for strategic initiatives, including deal structuring and financial analysis
• Conduct financial due diligence for potential investments opportunities
• Monitor the performance of acquired businesses against investment assumptions and project KPIs
• Prepare management updates, dashboards, and performance reviews for senior stakeholders
• Ensure alignment and coordination across multiple stakeholders and projects

To succeed in this role

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines; CPA qualification a must
• Solid experience in Big-4 and financial planning & analysis (with corporate finance, transaction advisory is a plus)
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A self-motivated and detail-oriented professional with strong business acumen and Must-do attitude
• Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Familiar with Power BI or other dashboard tools is a plus
