Job summary

Links International in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Finance Leader to head a team of 7 and oversee financial operations, planning, budgeting, forecasting and SFC FRR compliance. You will drive end-to-end regulatory reporting for SFC Types 1, 4, 6 and 9 businesses and provide strategic insights to support decision making.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with CPA/ACCA and 8–10 years of experience in securities or financial institutions, strong HKFRS/IFRS knowledge,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA/ACCA are a plus.
• Hands-on experience in financial accounting or reporting within securities firms or financial institutions.
• In-depth knowledge of HKFRS and IFRS with practical regulatory reporting experience.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Lead a finance team of 7 and report to Head of Finance.
• Oversee financial operations, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and FRR compliance.
• Manage end-to-end Financial Regulatory Reporting for SFC Types 1, 4, 6 and 9.
• Handle daily accounting, journal entries, and month-end closing.
• Oversee consolidation, financial reporting and management reporting.
• Support tax affairs and liaise with external auditors.
• Oversee cash flow management and drive financial performance.
• Implement policies and controls to streamline regulatory reporting practices.
