Job summary

China Everbright Securities International Company Limited is seeking an Associate in Finance (Consolidation & Reporting) in Hong Kong. The role covers maintaining full set of books, daily accounting operations, month-end closing and financial reporting.

You will prepare bank reconciliations, month-end schedules and management reports to Head Office, liaise with external auditors and handle tax filings. Strong communication in English and Chinese is required; Putonghua is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Good command of English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full set of books and daily accounting operations
• Handle month-end closing and financial reporting
• Prepare bank reconciliations and month-end schedules
• Prepare management reports to Head Office
• Liaise with external auditors regarding audits
• Process tax filings
• Provide financial information to other departments
• Perform ad hoc duties as required by supervisor
