Carlyle & Co. in Hong Kong seeks a Cluster Assistant Director of Finance to drive financial excellence across three luxury private clubs. You will lead planning, reporting, controls and business partnering to support operational success and growth within the cluster.

Role requires strong financial leadership, team coaching, and collaboration with executives to deliver robust governance, system integrity, and strategic insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day finance operations including month-end close and financial reporting.
• Ensure robust internal controls, audit readiness, and governance.
• Oversee finance systems, consolidation, and data integrity across clubs.
• Partner with leaders to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team for high performance.
