Job summary

Ascentium Group is seeking a skilled Business Finance professional to support client needs in Hong Kong. The role offers exposure to finance partnering, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across Wealth Management products.

You will liaise with regional teams, prepare monthly reports, and contribute to strategic cost control initiatives in a dynamic environment. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA, CFA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years in management accounting, FP&A, or financial reporting.
• Solid understanding of wealth management products and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Finance business partnering support for new projects and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze financial performance reports and budgets with product-level insights.
• Develop cost analytics and management reporting for expense control.
• Coordinate monthly flash reports and forecasts with regional teams.
• Produce management reports and analytics for decision-making.
