HONG KONG FUSHAN VAYU ENERGY TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED is seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee overseas financial operations and cross-border treasury activities. The role covers bank relationships, intercompany transactions, and multi-currency cash management across Latin America and Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years in corporate finance, treasury, or cross-border finance.
• Experience with cross-border operations in Latin America and Southeast Asia.
• Hands-on overseas entity management and multi-currency cash management.
• Experience in M&A: due diligence, valuation, modelling or deal execution.
• Knowledge of international banking, intercompany financing, tax, and cross-border regulation.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Cross-border Financial Management: Oversee financial operations of overseas entities, including local collection and payment arrangements, bank accounts and intercompany transactions.
• Treasury & Fund Flows: Manage cross-border fund flows, multi-currency cash positions, liquidity planning and intercompany funding; optimize fund utilization and repatriation.
• FX Risk Management: Monitor foreign exchange exposure and coordinate currency conversion and hedging strategies with banks and financial institutions.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Prepare cash flow forecasts, budgets and financial analyses for overseas entities and projects; provide financial insights to support business and investment decisions.
• M&A Deal Evaluation: Support target screening and investment evaluation; perform valuation and financial modelling, and lead or coordinate financial due diligence to assess deal value and risks.
• M&A Deal Execution & Integration: Participate in deal structuring, transaction documentation review, closing and post-deal integration; coordinate with external advisors such as investment banks, auditors and legal counsel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields. CPA, ACCA or CFA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, group finance or cross-border financial management.
• Familiarity with cross-border business operations and financial practices in Latin America and Southeast Asia, including local entity management, banking, fund flows and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience in overseas entity management, cross-border fund flows, multi-currency cash management and FX risk management.
• Proven experience in M&A transactions, including financial due diligence, valuation, financial modelling or deal execution.
• Familiarity with international banking, intercompany financing, tax considerations and cross-border regulatory requirements.
• Strong English communication skills.
