Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is recruiting a Finance Assistant for a dynamic finance support role in Hong Kong. The position offers exposure to financial statements, management information and day-to-day business coordination within a stable corporate environment.

You will review financial statements, assist with documentation, and provide admin support across departments. A diploma or above in accounting or related field is required; English and Chinese skills including Mandarin are

Competenze

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Detail-minded and able to identify inconsistencies or missing information in documents.
• Well-organised and able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.

Mansioni

• Review financial statements, reports and data from different business units.
• Assist in checking completeness, consistency and accuracy of financial information.
• Organise financial data and prepare simple summaries, schedules and presentation materials.
• Follow up with internal departments on outstanding financial information and documents.
• Maintain records and filing of financial statements and confidential documents.
• Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the team.
• Assist with meeting arrangements, calendar management, travel coordination and expense claims.
• Prepare correspondence, reports and business documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on routine matters.
• Support day-to-day office administration and other team activities.
• Perform ad hoc financial review, administrative and coordination duties.
