Tokalent in Hong Kong is seeking a Finance and Operations Manager to lead financial control and operational functions for a Web3 group. You will oversee accounting, treasury, tax, HR admin, and investor relations while ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

The role requires 3–5 years in auditing or accounting, CPA/ACCA, and strong communication, organization, and integrity. You will interact with banks, regulators, and management to support growth and prudent risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience; professional accounting credentials preferred.
• 3–5 years of auditing and accounting experience; Big4 experience preferred.
• Experience in other functions such as legal/compliance or deal advisory is a plus.
• Qualified CPA or ACCA.
• Strong numerical, analytical and detail-oriented planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, time management skills, and prioritisation ability.
• Self-motivated with integrity and accountability.

Responsabilités

• Prepare regular financial performance and budget variance reports and analysis for the management.

• Manage cryptocurrency exposure of the group.
