Exotica Umami is expanding from high-end dining into mass-market dining and seeks an energetic Sales Manager in Hong Kong to conduct in-person restaurant visits, cold calling, and direct sales.

Responsibilities

• Proactively visit restaurants (in-person cold calling and direct engagement)
• Conduct product demonstrations and tastings on-site
• Secure trial orders and convert them into regular monthly recurring orders
• Build and manage your own customer pipeline
• Provide market feedback to help optimise our plans
