Job summary

Rec-Engineering-Co-Ltd 位於新界的工程團隊正在招募一位具實務經驗的現場助理，負責協助現場檢測、測量與現場活動。您需要建立日常工作進展、天氣狀況、人力配置與現場事件的完整紀錄，並拍攝進度照片與收集資料以協助起草現場報告。

工作亦包括日常文書工作、物料收發與退料/清理等工作，需為專案團隊提供一般性支持。任職者需具相關工程建設工作經驗、熟悉 MicroStation、AutoCAD 及工程測量，以及持有建設業安全訓練證書（Green Card）並熟緭 MS Office。

Qualifications

• 懂得使用 MicroStation、AutoCAD 以及工程測量技巧。
• 具備基本電腦辦公技能，熟悉 MS Office 套件。

Responsibilities

• 協助現場檢查、測量與現場工作活動。
• 維護完整日常工作進度、天氣狀況、工人及現場事件之紀錄。
• 拍攝進度照片、收集資料，協助撰寫現場報告供專案管理使用。
• 處理日常文書工作，如數據輸入與文件整理。
• 追蹤庫存，接收現場物料、協調退料或廢料清理。
• 為專案團隊提供一般性支援。

Job description

Job Duties

• Assist with site inspections, surveying, and field activities;
• Maintain comprehensive daily records of work progress, weather conditions, manpower, and site occurrences;
• Take progress photos, collect data, and assist in drafting site reports for project management;
• Handle daily clerical tasks e.g., data entry, documentation;
• Track inventory, receive on-site material deliveries, and coordinate material returns or waste/debris clearing;
• Provide general support to the project team.

Requirements

• Preferred experience in relevant construction works;
• Familiarity with MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Engineering Surveying;
• Holder of a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card);
• Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel.
