Alliance Employment Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Engineering professional to oversee project execution and on-site management of Building Services and Electrical installations.

You will liaise with BS consultants, sub-contractors, clients, and technical staff to ensure workmanship meets contract standards and project milestones. Fresh graduates are welcome; diploma holders in Electrical or Building Services Engineering are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome.

Mansioni

• Oversee on-site execution and management of Building Services and electrical installations.
• Liaise with BS consultant sub-contractors to ensure workmanship matches contract standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, QS, suppliers, sub-contractors and technical staff.
• Handle ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.
• Attend project progress meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for project execution and on-site management of Building Services (BS) / Electrical installations.

• Liaise, communicate, and coordinate with different parties, including BS consultant sub-contractors for on-site project and ensure workmanship is according to the contract standards.

• Coordinate with clients, consultant, QS, Supplier, sub-contractor and technical staff.

• Handle other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.

• Attending project progress meetings

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline.

• Familiar with the use of Auto CAD, MS Office and Microsoft Project

• Target to learn different aspects of engineering works.

• Fresh Graduates are welcomed
