Job summary

KuCoin Exchange seeks a Product Manager to oversee fiat channels, P2P, and related modules. You will analyze competitors, track industry trends, and help shape product strategies to optimize performance and user experience across multiple regions.

The role requires experience in fiat channel integration, data-driven routing improvements, and strong collaboration with external partners and internal teams. Fluency in English is required for global communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; 3+ years of product experience in fiat deposit & withdrawal at crypto exchanges.
• Experience integrating fiat channels in Europe, Australia, Latin America, or similar regions.
• Familiar with channel integration, clearing & settlement, reconciliation, and other core processes.
• Strong abstraction ability to extract common capabilities across channels to improve integration efficiency.
• Familiar with common issues in channel integration and optimizing routing based on data to improve payment success rates.
• Excellent communication and coordination with external channels and internal partners to drive requirements delivery efficiently.
• Fluent in English for daily communication with global partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality and direction of product development for fiat channels, P2P, and related modules.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and product research, keep abreast of industry trends, and formulate product strategies.
• Iteratively optimize all modules of fiat and payment products to improve success rates, user experience, and reduce operational costs.
