Job summary

ZhongAn Technologies International Group Limited in Hong Kong seeks a senior Product/Project Manager with strong risk control background to lead requirements planning for a transaction monitoring system and drive compliant, high-quality product delivery.

You will own PRD documentation, coordinate cross-functional teams, and continuously refine management processes while aligning with HK/ Mainland China AML and regulatory standards. Strong stakeholder engagement is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Law, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years in product management or project management, with a background in risk control or anti-fraud being a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in requirement analysis, PRD writing, and requirement management processes, with substantial hands-on experience.
  • Familiarity with transaction monitoring and risk control technologies and workflows.
  • Solid understanding of Hong Kong or Mainland China banking and licensed institution regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly in AML and anti-fraud.
  • Working knowledge of AML systems, KYC processes, and other risk-control/anti-fraud technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to drive products efficiently from requirements to launch.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, team-oriented mindset, logical thinking, and adept at solving complex problems.

  • Leverage data analysis methods to support the formulation and enhancement of risk control strategies.
  • Stay abreast of relevant banking policies and regulations to ensure product and process adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Adjust product strategies and processes in response to the latest regulatory developments.
  • Enhance the product's AML and anti-fraud capabilities, while improving overall product usability and performance.

Job description

  • Enhance the product's anti‑money laundering (AML) and anti‑fraud capabilities, while improving overall product usability and performance.
Mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Law, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or project management, with a background in risk control or anti‑fraud being a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in requirement analysis, PRD writing, and requirement management processes, with substantial hands‑on experience.
  • Familiarity with transaction monitoring and risk control technologies and workflows.
  • Solid understanding of Hong Kong or Mainland China banking and licensed institution regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly in AML and anti‑fraud.

  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken); Cantonese is an advantage.
