Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronic Information Engineering, etc.
Work Experience
Over 5 years, capable of independently handling complex faults and complete machine aging verification issues related to industrial power supplies, communication power supplies, server power supplies, medical power supplies, LLC/full bridge/bidirectional power supplies, including:
- Power failure detection, repair, aging, and re-evaluation of the entire machine
- Fault localization and damage cause analysis of defective products
- Batch repair, rework, failure statistics, and preventive suggestions
- Customer after-sales high-end power supply failure analysis and handling of difficult machines
Technical Expertise
Proficient in medium to high-power (hundreds of W to tens of kW) power supply topology and mass production problem analysis.
- Low power: flyback, forward (adapter, internal small board power supply)
- Medium and high power: half-bridge, full-bridge, PFC+LLC, PFC + dual-transistor forward converter
- Industrial: Industrial control power supply, servo power supply, laser power supply, medical power supply, communication power supply, high-power server power supply
Instrument Familiarity
- Multimeter, oscilloscope, high-voltage differential probe, electronic load, power meter, regulated power supply, constant temperature soldering iron, heat gun, burn-in load, insulation and voltage withstand tester, and other equipment
- Measurement: Switching waveform, drive waveform, ripple, spike, Vgs/Vds, output dynamics, load aging
Power Topology Theory Proficiency
- Buck/Boost, Flyback, Forward, Half-Bridge/Full-Bridge, PFC
- LLC resonance, soft switching, synchronous rectification, active clamping, matrix type
