Job summary

UTAC in Hong Kong is seeking a maintenance professional to support daily shift duties and efficient operation of facilities systems. You will monitor cooling towers, pumps, AHU, electrical, and plumbing while performing preventive and predictive maintenance.

You will troubleshoot issues, maintain records, and assist with system improvements. The role requires at least 2 years in semiconductors or manufacturing and willingness to work 12-hour shifts on site in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductors or manufacturing.
Able to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day shift duties and maintenance programs for facilities systems.
Monitor building facilities and systems such as cooling towers, pumps, AHU, electrical, plumbing.
Troubleshoot and restore operations to normal.
Assist in system improvements and maintenance documentation.
Coordinate contractor services and servicing of facilities equipment.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate directives.
