Job summary

The GMP Group is seeking a facilities technician in Hong Kong to operate and maintain critical building management and cleanroom systems. You will monitor electrical, HVAC and cleanroom equipment, respond to abnormal conditions, and ensure rapid restoration of services to minimise production downtime.

Responsibilities include completing shift routines, accurate handover, and acting as a member of the Emergency Response Team.

Qualifications

ITE/ Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering.
At least 2 relevant experience in related field with working knowledge in cleanroom environment.
Able to work office shift / 12 hours rotating shift.
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
Basic understanding on semiconductor process/equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain facilities systems such as BMS, Electrical Systems, HVAC, Cleanroom System.
Monitor facilities equipment and systems through FMCS or equivalent control systems.
Respond promptly to out-of-specification or abnormal condition affecting production or the site.
Carry out repair and troubleshooting of systems to restore operation quickly.
Restore facilities services to minimize interruptions to production or site.
Complete shift routines and information handover to next shift.
Serve as a member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
