Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Proven experience developing and launching innovative F&B concepts.
• Strong knowledge of current F&B trends and consumer preferences.
• Creative thinker with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage development of innovative food and beverage concepts, products, and menu items.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify consumer preferences and industry developments.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute strategies for new concepts and items.
• Develop and execute product development plans, including ideation, prototyping, testing, and commercialization.
• Analyze feasibility and profitability of new concepts and products.
• Conduct sensory evaluations and gather feedback to refine offerings.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
