Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an End-to-End Product Owner for its food and beverage portfolio in Hong Kong. The role leads new product development from concept to commercialisation, driving innovation and ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement and Supply Chain, develop formulations and specifications, ensure regulatory compliance and cost targets, and present updates to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• 8+ years of product development experience in F&B/FMCG.
• Proven track record in new product development and commercialisation.
• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing, ingredients, formulations, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and multiple pipelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, ingredients, product formulation, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and multiple development pipelines simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese and Mandarin.
