Job summary

Ramada Hong Kong Grand View in Hong Kong Island’s North Point is hiring for Executive Housekeeper / Assistant Housekeeper. The role oversees daily housekeeping operations, supervises a team, and ensures professional and courteous service to hotel guests.

Requirements include a diploma or above in Hospitality management, plus at least 3 years of management experience in housekeeping, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, service orientation, and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Housekeeping daily operations and supervise the team to ensure professional and courteous services to hotel guests.
• Responsible for overall cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards and services are met.
• Ensure safety, health and a pleasing environment for guests and team members.
• Supervise, mentor and evaluate team members.
• Closely monitor the work performance of outside contractors.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Housekeeper.
