Job summary

Dentsu Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Senior Editorial & Communications Manager to elevate the quality and impact of all written communications. You will lead editorial standards, craft executive messaging and provide English copywriting support across creative, content, and corporate teams.

Working closely with the CEO and regional partners, you will bridge Chinese-English content, shaping positioning in key strategic areas and ensuring culturally relevant, globally resonant storytelling across

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in editorial, communications or related fields.
• Exceptional English writing and editing skills.
• Experience producing executive-level corporate communications.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives.
• Experience working with senior leadership and diverse teams.
• Experience in bilingual Chinese-English environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as editorial custodian of dentsu Hong Kong's voice and narrative.
• Establish and maintain writing standards, tone and quality across channels.
• Edit and elevate materials produced by different teams.
• Provide English copywriting support for campaigns, websites and client comms.
• Lead editorial development of award submissions and thought leadership pieces.
• Collaborate with regional teams on corporate messaging and priorities.
