Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations management.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Equivalents considered (education/training/experience).
• Ability to lead staff collaboratively and manage through change.
• Ability to translate Chief and Council direction into policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of regulatory environment for First Nations governments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance activities: set agendas, document minutes, monitor resolutions.
• Provide strategic advice to achieve community objectives and maintain accountability.
• Manage financial planning: budget development, variances, and procurement fairness.
