Job summary

S&P Global Ratings, part of S&P Global, seeks a senior leader for the Greater China Financial Institutions team. You will guide analytical views, support timely rating actions, and engage with stakeholders on developments affecting the sector.

Required 15+ years in credit analysis with strong leadership, governance, and communication skills. Office-based role in Hong Kong with in-person interviews and a two-day office presence per week.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to form forward-looking analytical views on sector trends and risks.
• Experience leading teams through change with mentorship and accountability.
• Strong communication with issuers, investors, regulators and committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing teams with accountability and governance.
• Partner with Data, Technology, and Methodology to improve data and analytical infrastructure.
• Engage with customers and market participants to sustain high-quality dialogue.
• Oversee portfolio risk, identify vulnerabilities, and escalate as needed.
