Job summary

CLSA in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced credit rating advisory professional to lead rating projects from inception to delivery. You will coordinate timelines, liaise with clients and rating agencies, and prepare materials supporting mandates.

The role requires strong credit analysis and financial modelling, with fluency in Chinese and English and the ability to manage multiple mandates under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in credit analysis or rating advisory.
• Experience at S&P, Moody's or Fitch is required.
• Fluent in Chinese and English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under time pressure.
• Strong credit analysis and financial modelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage rating advisory projects including first-time mandates and ongoing maintenance.
• Coordinate project execution and timelines for rating work.
• Serve as a key contact between clients and rating agencies during the process.
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders, clients and agencies.
• Prepare rating advisory materials, including presentations.
• Build and maintain financial forecast models to support credit analysis.
• Assist in preparing pitching materials with relevant analysis for mandates.
• Conduct indicative rating analysis and provide credit opinions to stakeholders.
