Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership is seeking an experienced Corporate Actions professional to join its Securities Operations team. The role spans Hong Kong, China Connect, US, and global markets with exposure to a wide range of products and events.

You will ensure operational excellence, maintain robust controls, support business transformation initiatives, and deliver exceptional client service across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of Corporate Actions experience in banking, brokerage, custody, asset servicing, wealth management or securities ops.
• Solid knowledge of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions.
• Strong English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of corporate action events across HK, Stock Connect, US and global markets.
• Process cash and stock dividends, rights issues, tender offers, splits, spin-offs, mergers, IPOs, and proxy voting.
• Prepare and distribute notices, election forms, entitlement reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure events are processed accurately within service standards and market deadlines.
• Coordinate with settlement, custody, middle-office teams to ensure post-trade processing.
• Participate in platform transformation initiatives, UAT testing and system enhancements.
