You will supervise kitchen operations, control costs, and lead a diverse team across multiple stations, ensuring hygiene, quality, and guest satisfaction at all times.

The role requires at least 8 years in prestigious hotels or restaurants and strong leadership; English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in prestigious hotels or restaurants, with 3+ in same role.
• Strong knowledge of cost control and menu engineering.
• Experience running diverse cuisine with multiple stations and strong food wastage management.
• Proven leadership and customer interaction skills.
• Excellent command of English both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily kitchen operations including food production and presentation.
• Maintain productivity, consistency and quality assurance across all aspects.
• Ensure hygiene and safety compliance and standards.
• Assist with annual budget control by monitoring resources, costs and manpower.
• Motivate and develop the kitchen team and lead by example.
• Be involved in daily operations and provide guidance as required.
• Support development of team members and uphold company values.
• Aim for highest standards through strict adherence to hygiene policies.
