Job summary

The University of Hong Kong invites applications for a Senior Executive Assistant in the Faculty of Business and Economics. The role supports integrated event management and marketing initiatives, including content/script development and stakeholder engagement.

Applicants should hold a good bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Communications preferred) and about 3–5 years of full‑time experience in events, marketing, communications or public relations, with excellent English and Chinese and strong

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
3–5 years of full-time work experience in event management, marketing, communications or PR.

Responsibilities

Provide execution support for planning, coordinating, and implementing communication and branding projects (conferences, ceremonies, lectures, delegations).
Support all aspects of event management including planning, stakeholder communications, vendors liaison, logistics, on-site operations, inquiries handling, post-event follow-up.
Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations and effective project management.
Support administrative tasks including documentation, procurement, budget tracking, and maintaining workflows.
Undertake ad-hoc duties and flexible support to emerging priorities and team needs.
