Job summary

Centre for Oncology and Immunology Limited in Hong Kong Science Park is seeking a Public Relations and Marketing specialist. You will maintain the Centre's website, manage social media, run digital marketing campaigns, and develop content for online and offline materials, collaborating with researchers to highlight scientific activities.

You’ll also plan events, support travel arrangements, and provide administrative help to senior management, with English proficiency essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, English studies or a related field.
• More than 3 years of relevant experience in university/research centre setting with secretarial, content development and event management exposures.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Public relations/ marketing duties including website, social media, and content production.
• Plan and manage events such as symposiums and seminars, including logistics and sponsorship liaison.
• Administrative and secretarial support to senior management, calendar coordination and travel arrangements.
