Job summary

MCG Asia is seeking an experienced events and engagement professional in Hong Kong to join its team. The role focuses on providing administrative support, maintaining stakeholder databases, and assisting with flagship events and community outreach.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in administrative or event coordination, strong organisational and communication skills, and fluency in Cantonese and English. The position involves coordinating with multiple internal teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with different teams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is required.
• Experience in administrative support, event coordination, database management, or stakeholder engagement is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain and update stakeholder databases, contact lists, records, and relevant documentation.
• Support the coordination and execution of their events and engagement activities, including their main, flagship events.
• Assist with event logistics, prepare event materials, and coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Support stakeholder outreach and engagement activities involving community leaders, grantees, and other partners.
• Assist with meeting arrangements, documentation, and post-event follow-up activities.
• Ensure data accuracy and keep records and internal systems updated.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
