A leading luxury hotel in Hong Kong is seeking an Entry-level Event Planning and Sales professional. This role involves following up on sales leads, preparing event orders, and coordinating with various departments to meet guest expectations. Ideal candidates are fresh graduates in hospitality with some experience in hotel operations. The hotel offers a supportive environment emphasizing well-being and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a hospitality or tourism-related degree are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Follow up on sales leads as assigned by Event Sales Managers.
• Prepare and ensure timely distribution of Events Orders to concerned departments.
• Liaise with operation departments to meet guest needs and expectations.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and business letters for external customers.
• Maintain records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts, and Quotations.

What you will do:

• Follows up sales leads whenever required or assigned by the Event Sales Managers/ Executives.
• Prepares and ensures all Events Orders are distributed to concerned department in a timely manner.
• Liaises and works closely with the related operation departments ensuring guests needs and expectation are being met.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and faxes and various types of business letters to external customers.
• Maintains complete and supported records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the hotel.
• Respond to all telephone calls or inquiries, ensure information/messages are accurately received and relayed to the managers concerned in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates from hospitality / tourism related degree or diploma.
• Working experience in hotel operations in a luxury international hotel would be desirable.
• Good understanding of selling techniques and banquet knowledge.
