Job summary

The Life Underwriters Association of Hong Kong Limited is seeking an Event & PR Officer to manage public relations and coordinate projects. You will organise seminars, events and ceremonies, and prepare speeches and write-ups for public education.

You will maintain up-to-date content on the website and social media, produce bi-monthly newsletters, and follow up on constitutional and industrial affairs issues. English and Cantonese fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, journalism or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years related working experiences.
• Good command of English and Cantonese.
• Knowledge of Putonghua is an add advantage.
• Excellent communications and project management skills.
• Familiar with MS Office, Adobe applications and video editing software.
• Able to work overtime if required.

Responsibilities

• Organization of seminars, events and presentation ceremonies.
• Prepare speeches, correspondences and write-ups for events and public education.
• Ensure website, Facebook and all external circulations up-to-date with new contents.
• Prepare bi-monthly newsletter publications and circulations.
• Prepare and follow up issues of constitutional and industrial affairs.
