Job summary

Captar Partners Limited seeks a Marketing Executive / Assistant Marketing Manager for a 6‑month contract in Hong Kong. The role suits candidates with 3–6 years in marketing, events, PR or communications and a hands‑on approach to campaigns and collateral.

You will support brand activities, plan client events, coordinate PR, and assist with digital and print materials while tracking spend and maintaining regulatory compliance. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline.
• Around 3–6 years’ experience in marketing, events, PR or communications
• Interest in insurance or financial services is a plus
• Organised, hands-on; comfortable with events, collaterals and admin
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese); Mandarin an advantage
• Self-starter who can take ownership with guidance
• Immediately available candidates are highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day brand, marketing and communications activities in Hong Kong

• Assist with marketing collaterals — brochures, sales kits, gifts, videos and digital / print materials
• Coordinate with PR / media partners on campaigns, press materials and content updates
• Support relationship and loyalty programmes with sales consultants and referral partners
• Track marketing spend against budget and keep simple activity records
• Help maintain website / online visibility and content for digital audiences
• Work closely with sales and other internal teams; occasional Asia travel for events may be required
• Follow company and regulatory procedures on all marketing and communications work
