Job summary

IPS Group (Asia) Limited is seeking an experienced marketing professional to plan, develop and execute initiatives and events that strengthen brand positioning in the market. You will manage campaigns, engage referral partners and clients, and coordinate with vendors to deliver social events, trainings and seminars.

The role requires working across channels to develop content calendars, marketing collaterals, and media relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in marketing or event management.
• Experience in banking, life insurance or financial institutions is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in developing integrated brand and marketing strategies (including marketing communications, events, social media).
• Experience in managing projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Degree holder in marketing, communications or related preferred.
• With extensive and solid connections with corporate partners and brands.
• Self-motivated, organized, a committed team player and eager to grow.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute marketing initiatives and events to strengthen brand positioning in the market.
• Support distribution channel with tactical campaigns and referral partners engagement to achieve short and long term sales objectives.
• Take ownership of event planning, content design, liaison with vendors, manage rundown and execution to drive engagement of referral partners and clients, including but not limit to social events, trainings, seminars and lifestyle experiences.
• Identify potential corporate partners for event collaboration.
• Conduct post-event analysis and reporting to evaluate return on investment.
• Develop marketing collaterals including company brochures, sales kit, corporate gifts and others for marketing materials.
• Assist to develop content calendar and prepare company messages and content on company’s website and social media platforms.
• Engage and liaise with PR agency on media relations and press materials preparation.
• Drive internal and external communications on company news and updates.
