Job summary

10 Design, part of Egis' Architecture Line, is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager based in Hong Kong to elevate the firm’s Asia presence. You will work with regional leadership to build a robust communications plan, amplify thought leadership, and drive growth across markets.

You will lead editorial content, collateral, digital campaigns, and media relations while collaborating with global teams to maintain a cohesive brand voice in Asia and beyond.

Qualifications

• Degree in communications, marketing, business, or journalism.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar communications/marketing role.
• Fluent English; Mandarin preferred; proficient with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Shape Asia-focused communications strategy with leadership.
• Lead press materials, pitches, and thought leadership content.
• Create local marketing assets and ensure brand consistency.
• Manage regional digital content and social media calendars.
• Coordinate events, conferences, and awards submissions.
• Build media relationships and manage external agencies.
