Job summary

Esquel Group invites you to join its Management Trainee program, a fast-track leadership development spanning 24 months across various business groups worldwide. You will rotate through manufacturing, technology, and automation, solving real problems and leading projects under senior leaders.

You will gain broad exposure from factory floors to customer-facing retail, work with global customers and partners, and contribute to transformation initiatives that shape the enterprise’s future growth.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates or postgraduates of any discipline, with less than 3 years of working experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
• Willing to take up future postings in Chinese Mainland and/or international locations.

The Program

The Management Trainee program is a fast-track leadership skill and experience development initiative designed to develop general managers and enterprise builders within Esquel.

Over 24 months, you will have opportunities to rotate through different parts of our business across diversified business groups, with regional exposure to broaden your market insight. You will work directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across the Group.

You will not be an observer. You will solve real problems, lead real projects, and contribute to decisions that shape how Esquel grows.
