Job summary

Esquel Group's Management Trainee program is a fast-track leadership initiative designed to develop general managers within Esquel.

Over 24 months, trainees rotate across diverse business groups with regional exposure, working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. You will solve real problems, lead projects, and contribute to decisions shaping Esquel's transformation and growth.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates or postgraduates of any discipline, with less than 3 years of working experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

The Program

The Management Trainee program is a fast-track leadership skill and experience development initiative designed to develop general managers and enterprise builders within Esquel.

Over 24 months, you will have opportunities to rotate through different parts of our business across diversified business groups, with regional exposure to broaden your market insight. You will work directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across the Group.

You will not be an observer. You will solve real problems, lead real projects, and contribute to decisions that shape how Esquel grows.

What We’re Looking For

Mindset & Competencies

Education

Undergraduates or postgraduates of any discipline, with less than 3 years of working experience.

Language & Mobility

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
2. Flexible and willing to take up future postings in Chinese Mainland and/or international locations.
