Job summary

Acclime in Hong Kong is seeking an ERP consulting lead to drive requirements workshops, translate business needs into functional specs, and configure D365 BC across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing. You will manage end-to-end project delivery including UAT, data migration, and go-live, coordinating with international teams and delivering training while collaborating with clients worldwide.

The role involves frequent travel to SAR and other regions, with a focus on finance and operations

Qualifications

2 years ERP consulting experience with D365 BC or NAV.
Proven track record in end-to-end ERP implementations.
Strong finance process expertise is mandatory.
Experience in client-facing delivery roles.
Exposure to US and European clients.
Willingness to travel frequently, including SAR.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements workshops across finance and operations.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution design.
Configure and implement BC across financials, supply chain, and manufacturing/production models (planning, BOMs, routing).
Manage end-to-end project delivery including UAT, data migration, and go-live.
Coordinate with technical teams on integrations and customizations.
Drive process improvements and automation.
Deliver training and support post-go-live.
Work with international clients, ensuring alignment with global practices.
