Job summary

Bosera Asset Management (International) Co., Limited is seeking a research professional to conduct in-depth sector and company research and produce comprehensive reports for portfolio analysis. The role supports the portfolio manager in trades and develops presentation materials for fund roadshows and investor meetings.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or above from a top-tier university, 1+ year of equity research experience, and excellent English and Mandarin communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a top-tier university.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in either buy-side or sell-side institutions.
• Proven experience in equity research.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on assigned sectors and companies, and produce comprehensive research reports.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc portfolio performance and analytics reports.
• Support the portfolio manager in executing trade orders.
• Develop and prepare presentation materials for fund product roadshows and investor meetings.
• Regularly update and maintain compliance-related documentation as required by regulatory standards
