Job summary

Solactive AG in Hong Kong seeks an enrolled student for a six-month internship in the Equity Index Structuring team. You will design, develop, and maintain Python-based tools for index construction, weighting, and rebalancing, and implement related data workflows.

You will work with a global client base and collaborate across the team, drafting guidelines and analyses, while supporting client requests. The role requires English fluency, strong analytical skills, an independent and structured

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field).
• Strong interest in capital markets, ETFs, or indexed investment strategies.
• Essential Python programming skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and independence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based tools for index construction and rebalancing.
• Support daily activities of the Equity Index Structuring team with data workflows.
• Draft guidelines and analyses; assist with client requests as needed.
• Collaborate across a diverse, international team and communicate in English.
