Jefferies is seeking a Trade Support professional for its Equity Desk to provide frontline and global production support for real-time trading systems, including options, futures and swaps.

The role emphasizes bug tracking, incident resolution and collaboration with product and development teams to improve workflows and resilience. Weekend support and proactive problem solving are required.

Formación

• 7+ years in production/application support for real-time trading environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Knowledge of PowerShell and SQL.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol.
• Strong knowledge of structured products, swaps and derivatives.
• Knowledge of configuration management systems.
• Basic knowledge of market data products and networking/storage concepts.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• C#, .NET, VB Script development is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Front Line Support for Equity trading systems used by Jefferies clients and internal users.
• Handle and resolve user queries; document procedures and FAQs.
• Support compliance and legal queries; improve support methods.
• Research problems, track bugs and stability issues in production; drive fixes.
• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to improve workflows.
• Monitor application components and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Provide global support, including weekend availability for production issues.
• Build monitoring tools and deploy new systems; plan capacity for growth.
• Communicate outages and resolutions to end users as required.
